Saint Petersburg

Russia - I have conquered it! Actually I've just spent 3 days in their Northern capital, but conquer sounded cooler. I got some cool souvenirs and a lot of pictures of their amazing city. Not regretting going at all. Below all my recapping there will be some pictures You can stare at.

Negative experiences:
1. It was a bus trip so a lot of sitting.
2. Since it's Russia, the lines for everything are very long.
3. I was with my parents and that brought up a whole bunch of issues...
4. I had the most annoying person sitting behind me, I wanted to strangle her (for realz).

Positive experiences:
1. It was beautiful.
2. It was quite affordable, even somewhat cheap.
3. Got to see a lot.
4. With my student ID all the museums were half priced for me.
etc

There's tons more to share, but let's keep my first blog for the summer quick and sharp.

Haul:
1. A necklace that serves as a clock, has an owl on it. Cute
2. A scarf, made of wool, warm and traditional. Will keep mu neck warm during winter
3. A deck of playing cards with images of different sights in and around St Petersburg. I collect these.
4. Something tiny and adorable for K.
5. A matrioshka doll. Also something traditional.
6. Food and candy.

and these are all partly or completely mine.

Now for some images:

You're welcome :)
